There are 11 total workouts in INSANITY MAX:30, all except one (Ab Attack) being 30 minutes in length. If you are an Insanity veteran, you may recognize some of the moves that were in the video above, but this isn’t just a remake of Insanity! There are 150 new moves in MAX:30 and all of them will test you and help you reach your fitness goals faster!
Every workout has a low-impact modifier, so if you have issues with high-impact move, you’ll have someone showing you how to modify the entire workout. The program is based on a 60-day schedule, with workouts only occurring 5 days/week, so if you choose, you can have the entire weekend to recover.

Friday Night - Rd 1
It's a battle between the mind pushing to a new Max and the body saying 'OMG, you can't be serious?' And this is just Round 1.
Ab Attack 10
This 10-minute routine will feel like an attack on the abs, but everyone loves the rock-hard results.
Shaun's version of a recovery workout, this is a low-impact combo of stretching and small 'pulsing' movements that will make anyone feel the burn.
Max Out Sweat
The more minutes, the more sweat and the more calories burned. MAX OUT Sweat defines the meaning of 'twice the sweat in half the time'.
Max Out Cardio
This may be the craziest cardio workout ever. Just wait till the first Power Move. What minute is the Maxing Out at now?
Max Out Power
The intervals are longer in this '45 seconds on, 15 seconds off' Tabata-style plyometric power madness.
Max Out Strength
Arms, shoulders, chest, and core will be toast after this upper-body-focused, '45 seconds on, 15 seconds off' Tabata-style routine.
Friday Night Fight Rd 2

Just as intense as the 30 minute workouts, but at least it's half the time! This is 15 minutes of insane cardio, Shaun T style.
- MAX OUT ABS
You'll alternate between seated and standing moves with 15 minutes of crazy core work that will MAX OUT your abs.

A 360-degree attack on the abs and core...on the floor, in plank, and more!

Dr Oz: Shaun T’s Workout Miracle Plan
Doctor Oz brought Shaun T, creator of the Insanity Workout, on his show today. Do you want to flatten your belly, tone your thighs, or lose weight all over? With Shaun T’s miracle plan, you can do all this and more in 15 minutes a day. Shaun’s workout plan uses max interval training. You go hard for 3 minutes, then take a 30 second break and then you do it all over again. With this plan, you work harder and longer, but still get the rest. Interval training helps you burn calories even when you’re not working out.
Dr Oz brought up Rebecca, Tamera and Paula, as well as, a few other audience members to help demonstrate Shaun T’s moves.

Between the 3 women, they lost a total of 256 lbs. Rebecca lost 113 lbs and did Shaun’s DVDs at home because she hated the gym with all the “perfect people.” (What gym does she go to?) Rebecca stated that Shaun’s routine was easy because he “broke it down” and made it simple to do.
Shaun T: Double Diamond
Okay, stay with me now. This is going to be slightly difficult to explain but try your best. (Ha! There goes your excuse!) Safety first – Go at your own pace and do want you can do. Modify the moves if needed.
First Exercise: Double Diamond
– Do a squat (your butt should be low)
– Jump up
– Come back down (obviously)
– Land softly for a more controlled move and to avoid knee damage
If this is too difficult, modify the move and skip the jump. This exercise works the abs and legs
Shaun T: Stance Jacks
– Use right arm to tap opposite side
This exercise works the butt and the obliques.

– Step side to side like you’re running
– Tighten your biceps and push forward

This exercise works the arms, obliques, and legs
Shaun T: Hit The Floor
– Tighten core muscles as you hit the floor with your hands
